4 months.  Wow.

What a whirlwind it has been.  I know that is fairly repetitive, but it's so true.  The days fly by, then the weeks, and then here we are at 4 months old.

We've been busy with some regular old baby stuff...  Getting a bed time routine, growing out of clothes, changing excessive amounts of diapers, the normal... The girls are about to grow out of their newborn diapers, and Mac will be out of size 1 in just a few days. Clothing wise, Paisley is the only one in newborns still, more based on leg length than anything for them. Mac is retiring outfits by the day with his crazy fast growth.

And then we've been doing some other things,
Starting in on some therapies...  Therapy for a 4 month old?  Yes.  Definitely. Let the games being.  In addition to the craniosacral appointments, we've started the evaluation process for babies can't wait  (our states birth to three services).  While the Hogglets are happy to have left their medical hurdles behind at the hospital, we now get to focus on development.  And 29 week preemies might just need a little help!   So I'm trying to stay on top of it, while using and abusing any therapy connection I have to make sure we are on the right path. McGuire grandparents commented that they learned a lot while watching our PT evaluation, and all three babies seemed to enjoy the 1:1 attention and worked very hard for her :)

In other news, the Hogglets love being outside.  It's an immediate mood changer from fussy to happy.  We've been lucky with the weather lately and have spent hours on the deck, in the yard, and walking the neighborhood.  It's always amusing to hear the comments and questions when the triple decker rolls on out.  We also have a single/double set up, and get far fewer inquiries with those strollers. If you ever want to strike up a conversation with strangers... Go for a walk with a triplet stroller.

We had the changing of the guard this week, as we said goodbye to the Hoggs for a while, and welcomed back the McGuire grandparents. Although, I don't think Nana Hogg will be able to stay away too long, both the weather and the time with babies are making our house very appealing right now!
